This year’s Equip theme comes from Colossians 2:6-7: “...continue to walk in Him, being ROOTED and built up in Him and established in the faith, just as you were taught…”  Together, we will deepen our roots through rich biblical study, engaging with today’s cultural issues and exploring how followers of Christ should thoughtfully respond. By understanding why we believe what we believe, we’ll be better equipped to have intelligent, informed, and loving conversations with both believers and non-believers. We will also be equipped, with strength through the Holy Spirit, to be a witness to those around us when we face challenges in life. Believers whose lives are deeply rooted in Christ, stand with confidence, remain faithful through adversity, and continue to bear fruit in every season.
