As we desire to live lives that are holy, set apart, pleasing to God as “cross-carrying Christians,” we encounter obstacles along the way. Desires, temptations, decisions… things we bump into that keep us from growing, keep us from honoring the Lord, keep us from being good witnesses. Why? The Bible is clear, we have three things that we face off against daily: The world, the flesh, and the devil. Join us online in September as we seek to better understand all three, and discuss the strategies to overcome, remembering that “He who is in us is greater than he who is in the world” – 1 John 4:4, and “we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us” – Romans 8:37.
